To be in Ceremony.

As humans we have always offered together in Ceremony. Ceremony is an ancient technology that honours and celebrates transformation. Something has to die before it can be reborn, and our own literal births and deaths are the ceremonies of incarnation we participate in as humans, whether we do so consciously or not.
To offer in Ceremony is to engage with the greater powers, fields, forces and allies that support us as part of this great web of consciousness. To engage intentionally and ritually with these powers can open up sacred space for collective cathartic release, and bearing witness to one another's transformation.
Ceremonies are rites of passage that enshrine thresholds. These can be thresholds within ourselves that we are ready to meet, thresholds of time embedded in the living calendar, or thresholds that commemorate particular events. As we cross over these thresholds we may meet grief. Grief is the chamber where the heart is cracked open, and as we offer the old to the altar of our hearts, only then can we make space for the new to emerge.
This footage was captured in Ceremony on our somatic & sound immersion Descent & Alchemy that myself and my dear friend and collaborator Lozzy Garner held together in Portugal in December 2025.These wild and courageous women offered parts of themselves, their roles, identities, and patterns that were no longer serving up for transformation at 7 altars. The 7 altars representing the 7 gateways of the underworld that the Goddess Inanna must pass through in the mythology of Inanna’s Descent, the heroine’s journey that we re-activated as a living mythology within our bones. We were held by live music offered by Giorgio Cadamuro and Yaroslav Mango, and this beautiful footage was shot by Barbara Araujo.
If you feel the call to join us in Ceremony or attend one of our offerings, stay in the loop for dates, events, and workshops.
