Due to popular demand myself and Lozzy Garner are offering our winter somatic movement and sound immersion over 4 Sundays. We work with the frame of the mythology of Inanna's Descent to support our descent journey's both inner and outer. We surrender to the unknown, the dark void within ourselves, and the deep cave of winter. This container is for those being called to walk the spirallic and transformative path of the feminine and feel a deep calling to return to the matriarchal wisdom of our ancestors that lays dormant within us. We are being called to voyage into the very depths of ourselves we so often try to avoid, to unify all parts, and to return ourselves to wholeness.

Embodied Conception invites you to re-centre yourself as the creator of your own fertility journey and to embody your intentions around parenthood and your life. By delving into what you are ready to shed, you are invited to envision and embody what you want to call in for conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond. You are invited to transform pre-conception into the reawakening of your own creative life force and your innate feminine power of alchemisation. ​ Suitable for any woman who is dreaming-in, sensing or feeling the call to conceive in a concious, healthy, regulated and embodied way. This container is also for birthworkers, therapists, or anyone wanting to dive deeper into the pre-conception period.
